Children camp in Tärnafjällen

Our son, Lennart 9 years old in the mountains in his Greenland jacket and his Knatten backpack.

When he was 9 years old we made a trip to the Tärna mountains with the "After-school recreation centre for junior school children". We parents, the children and the preschool (kindergarten) teachers.

We lived in a house that before had been a little hotel. But now one of the parents owned the house. There was enough space in that house for all of us. The view from the house was gorgeous.

We made daytrips in the mountains. I can't show pictures of the kids and adults who were in this camp. You may not publish nearby pictures if not you ask people and get the permission. So I only show pictures of me an my family.

Lennart got a Fjällräven Greenland jacket for his 8 years birthday. He went so happy for the present.

That year we were in another children camp. In the woods by a lake. Lennart had picked wild flowers to me. On this picture I used my Räven jacket. And he had his new Greenland jacket.

This was the first time we for him he was in the mountains.

We got this smoked fish in the camp. It was delicious.

The Sami taught the children to throw the lasso. Here Lennart is trying it.

The family who owned the house had 2 cute cats. Lennart is petting one of them.

We went with the lift up on a mountain. I have Lennart's knatte backpack on my knees. But I feel confused about my Big Kånken backpack. (between Lennart and me). It is NOT black. I had a dark green one.
