Here I will tell about my meeting with met the geese in spring.
It was spring again. I saw white narcissus in a garden.
And cowslip in another garden.
And these beautiful soft pink flowers.
I walked to the Mariehem pond to see the ducks and geese. Here a male mallard.
The geese were on the island and did not come on land.
But the tame ducks left the island when they saw me wiht the food bag.
On their way to the water
They were swimming over the pond.
I heard their happy  "QUACK, QUACK" . They looked so funny :-)
Now they got food and were quacking for more :)
Still waiting, but I wanted to save food in case the geese should come.
They went back to the pond.
There was a male widgeon in the pond. The water in the pond was brown because of a lot of mud that came because of the spring flood.
He was beautiful.
The widgeon couple. The female is brown.
The geese were still on the island. Why did not they come? I got the answer to my question the next time I visited the pond.
Mallard couple.
Widgeon couple.
The crow was croaking in a tree. He should also get food.
The magpies and the gulls also got food.
I walked home again through the woods. The trees had got small leaves. I enjoyed the light green leaves.
Foxy also passed the pine woods.

Here I will tell about my meeting with the geese in summer.
Another walk to Mariehem. Now the dogrose was flowering. There was a bumble bee in the flower. I was singin a happy song. "Buzz, buzz, buzz, goes the bumble bee, Tweedle-dee-dee de goes the bird".
A white dog rose. And this maybe is a wasp.
Marigold and roses in a garden.
Thistle.
Fireweeds
A bumble bee on the fire weeds.
Many fireweeds.
Thistle
Close-up of a thistle.
These thistles are beautiful!
Meadowsweet by the Mariehem pond.
I found these flowers in the woods. But they must have come from the gardens near the woods.
.
.
They were beautiful.
Flowering tree.
A plant in a garden.
I passed the hill in the fields and saw the pond from distance. The ducks and geese were there.
There was a mother with her bigger babies.
I fed the duck family.
Now the gulls saw me and came flying.
The crow got a big bit of bread.
The gull tried to get food.
The crow got another bit of bread.
He looked so funny.
Gulls waiting for food.
Now the tame ducks came to me.
Waiting for food.
The white one sais "Quack".
Gulls and ducks.
Now the geese came. But only 2 of them.
The white goose on it's way to me.
The gulls tried to get food too.
But I could feed the goose even though the gulls were there.
The goose was not bothered of the gulls.
Now I understood why the geese stayed on the island when I has here before. And why not all the geese came to her this day. The geese had goslings ! Aw so cute!
I did not go near the goslings. I used the telephoto lens.
Aw, how cute this gosling looks.
The adult geese were all the time watching the goslings.
The geese were not bothered of me. They understood that I was acting calm and did not come near the goslings.
Here the big geese are standing beside each other. It looks of one of them has 2 beaks.
Here you see better that there are 2 geese.
Here 2 goslings. There were  4 goslings.
Here you can see 3 goslings.
This gosling made me smile. :)  It's like he is asking his mother if he may go and swim in the pond.
Here the gosling is in the water.
But he came on land again.
It looks like the gosling was walking to me. But it did not. I still took pictures with the telephoto lens.
Here the adult goose told the gosling to walk to the rest of the goose family.
Flap, flap! :-)
Now the whole family was together again.
One of the goose saw  a dog coming. Even though it was on the leash, the goose was careful.
I saw that the geese gave a kind of silent warning and all walked to the water. Normally they are honking loudly. But then the dog should have observed the goslings. Geese are wise and know how to do.
If the others were eating, there always was one of them watching.
Here I got the whole family on one picture. 4 goslings, 2 Skåne geese on the left, and 2 white geese in the middle.
The white geese and four goslings.
