The Ume river

2017

Late summer, autumn

2017-06-21. It was raining. I had my rain jacket on.

To the river east of town.
2017-08-29. This is a café named Kom In (Come In ) and also a kind of social place (a meeting place) there you can listen to music or listen to a lecture or make your own postcards. They also have gymnastics. But I do that near home. To this place you must go in 2 different buses. So I have not so often time to go there.
2017-08-29. I had a hot sandwich with mushrooms and cheese and vegetables to the sandwich. And a cup of tea.
2017-08-29. I should hear a lecture about the Ume River Valley. This started later so I took a walk. This tree was in front of the café.
2017-08-29. The café is near the river. I went to the artwork "Cloths pin". In the distance The Picture Museum.
2017-08-29. We had many dark and cloudy days and also rain. But I was out and enjoyed me walks, even though the weather not was so nice.
2017-08-29. There still there were flowers.
2017-08-29. Dog owners are going here with their dogs. That's why there became a little path in the grass.

2017-08-29. I got some brochures about the river on the lecture. They are interesting. I have been on many places by the river that shows in the brochures.

The title in the brochures: "Discover Ume River Valley".

Autumn
2017-08-30. A walk by the river to west.
2017-08-30.Tthe fireweed had bloomed over.
2017-08-30. These flowers are on the other side of the path. There it's warmer and the flowers can be there a longer time.

2017-09-06. After the walk I had a sandwich and tea in the café of the culture house Väven.
2017-09-27. Now the trees had yellow leaves.

2017-09-27. I saw a lot of nice fly agaric in the grass by the river.

2017-09-27. The building place on the other side of the river. It was so dusk. They had put on floodlights.
2017-09-27. I had a look at the building place again. I'm longing for that bridge. Then I can walk over the river to the path on the other side.
2017-09-27.They make the path for  recreation but also for people who are working and then easy can bike to the other side of the river.
